First up, is a goodbye card for my next door neighbor Betty, who moved away. (At the me I made this card though, she hadn't yet moved.) She is obsessed with Betty Boop! She even belongs to a Betty Boop Camping Troop! So when I decided to make her a farewell card, the theme/focal point image was not at all difficult to pick.
I found quite a few SVG files, and here is the one I chose:
The SVG cuts a teeny tiny flower for the accent on the garter, but I didn't really ke the way it looked, so I added a rhinestone instead!
I used a prismatic gold paper for the bracelets, earrings, and garter. I just love the way that the prismatic paper catches the light!!

She got a kick out of it, so that made me happy!
