Betty Boop Card

I hope you are all having a great Saturday!   I have a few new(ish) projects to share, so I'm hoping to get them all posted today!!

First up, is a goodbye card for my next door neighbor Betty, who  moved away. (At the me I made this card though, she hadn't yet moved.)  She is obsessed with Betty Boop!  She even belongs to a  Betty Boop Camping Troop!  So when I decided to make her a farewell card, the theme/focal point image was not at all difficult to pick.

I found quite a few SVG files, and here is the one I chose:

The SVG cuts a teeny tiny flower for the accent on the garter, but I didn't really ke the way it looked, so I added a rhinestone instead!
I used a prismatic gold paper for the bracelets, earrings, and garter.  I just love the way that the prismatic paper catches the light!!

And here's the finished card:

She got a kick out of it, so that made me happy!

Thanks for stopping by!
